The visa and residency application process includes several stages:

1. In-depth Interview with Founders
The interview allows us to evaluate the project, highlight the essence of innovativeness and properly present it to the accelerator.
2. Pitch Deck Preparation
We prepare a pitch deck according to the requirements of French accelerators to increase your chances of admission into the program.
3. Project Submission to the Incubator
Our team will connect you with a French incubator or accelerator that's right for your project. We handle everything from sending out your pitch deck and managing communications with the accelerator to conducting mock sessions with founders to prep for project presentations.
4. Application Submission to DRIEETS (Ministry of Economy)
We fill out applications for each of the founders to DRIEETS to get a letter of support.
5. Visa and Residency Application
We assist with gathering, translating, and submitting all necessary documents for the national visa D. Once in France we’ll help you to apply for your residence permit.
We’ll be with you and your team every step of the way, from preparing your documents to handling everyday challenges after you've settled in. We’re here to support you throughout the entire process.
How Long Does It Take?
  • Pitch deck preparation and submission to a business incubator: 1-1.5 months.
  • Project assessment at the accelerator: up to 3 months.
  • Application for a letter of support by the French Ministry of Economy (DRIEETS): approx. 2 months.
  • Issuance of Visa D to enter the country: usually less than 1 month.
  • Obtaining a residence permit (carte de séjour pluriannuelle) in the French prefecture: 2-6 months.

You will also need to show proof of sufficient funds for the first year: €24 000 - which is equivalent to a  French minimum wage per person (For families: €30 000 for two people; €40 000 for three people) - and a hotel/apartment reservation for at least 4 weeks.
