We put you in touch with an attorney who will discuss your experience via Zoom and help you choose the right visa (we'll be on the call, too). The cost of a consultation with our discount is $150 (usually it's $250).
There are two contracts: one with us, the other with a lawyer.
The average price for a lawyer is $6,000-10,000 for an O-1 and $10,000-12,000 for an EB visa. It is important to understand that this price does not include the most time-consuming part - the preparation of the necessary documents (this is 2-3 months of work). We will help you to prepare the documents, significantly speeding up the process and helping your lawyer.
Therefore, those lawyers who work with us charge 30-40% less. Thus, for the same $6000-12000 you get more services: preparation of documents + services of a lawyer + accelerated process.
Payment to a lawyer is split in 2-3 parts. Relogate takes a one-time payment.
There are two stages. First, we will ask the lawyer what your case requires. In the meantime, we regularly communicate with you on Zoom, find out the details of your career and study the available information about you in the media. All information goes into a large file that creates a complete picture of your experience.
If we understand that you need an additional “boost” of your public profile, we connect our colleagues from PR. This takes 3-6 months.
If you don't have a job offer (needed for an O-1 visa), we can put you in touch with a career coach. We can also recommend a company to help you open your LLC.
We make everything. First you review it, then your lawyer does.
A memorandum is a large cover letter that describes exactly how the client meets the selected criteria. It is written by a lawyer on the basis of documents prepared by us.
You pay visa fees.
Your printed case is sent to the USA for review. For a quicker response (up to 15 days), you can use the expedited review service.
You get either get a 'yes' or a request for additional evidence (RFE).
